Program structure

The program starts with a comprehensive evaluation to identify any obstacles which may be holding you back from your goals. The results of this evaluation will be discussed in your first consultation where we will go through the things you need to know to take control of your body and start producing results.

You are then given access to a personal guide to making sense out of the mountains of information surrounding the nutrition, health, and fitness industries. You will learn how to recognise what is good for you and how to tell when something isn’t. You will have the tools and information to help take control of your body, your emotions, your weight, your energy levels and personal performance so you can gain the vitality to enjoy more of what life has to offer.

A month after your first consultation we meet again to look at how we can fine tune your lifestyle and diet further and look at any obstacles which may have come up so any problems can be dealt with before they cause you any stress. At this consultation we can also set up a follow up schedule based on your individual situation to keep you on target to achieve your goals.
