I am 71 years old, and have been going to Anna at ‘Move It or Lose It’ for 4 years. With the help of Anna and her team, I’m achieving my aim!!

"Getting back on my feet"
Around eighteen months ago I started going to Anna Logan for what I thought was A bad back due to some previous injuries. Anna put me on a régime of exercise which alleviated a lot of my problems and raised my general level of fitness considerably. The bad back was eventually diagnosed as a tumour in the upper spinal canal requiring urgent surgery. The level of fitness I had achieved with Anna’s guidance assisted greatly in my unexpected rapid recovery from that surgery and getting back on my feet. This lady is great.

"Going to see Anna was, and is a joy"
I was referred to Anna from my specialist and have been seeing Anna for 6 years, Driving from Bentleigh to Narre Warren. I can’t imagine anyone else who would look after my well being as Anna has over the years. When I was morbidly obese Anna kept me moving and healthy. The non impact sessions left me enlivened. Going to see Anna was, and is a joy, and something to really look forward to. Over the years I have learnt so much about my body, movement, nutrition and the use of vitamins as an adjunct to a healthy body. I am particularly grateful for the advice to take magnesium for cramps. I get instant relief from this. I believe that Anna is at least partly responsible for my healthy approach to life. She is not a gung ho personal trainer but rather an honest person who you can talk to and sincerely wants what is best for her clients and is willing to try any approach which may work.

"...is not a strain anymore"
Changes that I have noticed since coming to Move It or Lose It…
- Getting up and down ladders to clean ceiling fans or to replace faulty light globes is done without effort.
- Waking up escalators can be done.
- Getting in and out of the bath is not a strain anymore.
- Getting up off chairs can also be done.
- Working longer lengths of time in the garden at any one time is easier.
